AT HOME BOOTY & LEGS
This program is designed for those who prefer to train in the comfort of their own home and have limited to no gym equipment. The program is three days long and can be done every other day with a total of 4 rest days or 3 days back to back with 1 rest day. There are 2 lower body days and 1 day dedicated to upper body. No machines are required.
