LEGS & GLUTES
A detailed and well put together lower body and glutes focused program tailored to building and strengthening glutes. This program is 6 weeks long and consists of 5 days, 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days. For main compound lifts, percentages will be used. A gym and equipment is required.
